Cubism was known for its use of prime colors and organic shapes often symbolizing the idea of nature. Within the master plan, prime colors appear principally in two areas; firstly within the planting and secondly through the use of materials. The site is divided naturally into three main areas; townhouses to the north and east, the central villas and the remaining multifamily buildings, mostly towards the west. The majority of landscapes appear as courtyard style spaces which have been carefully designed to provide community amenity as well as a picturesque outlook.
